The client already had a semi-mature garden but needed the different areas of it to connect and flow. New shingle and paved paths with random stepping stones around the new vegetable garden helped to achieve this. The modern planting style added the finishing touches.

Area approx. 100sqm. Cost £7,500

This garden started off simply as a one acre lawn! After close consultation with the client, we created a modern outside living area with a potager garden, wild orchard, native hedging and a meadow area at the back.

This is a long-term project which the client is completing in phases.

The client required both front and back gardens designed for this project.

They were both designed to reflect the moderrn style of the house. The clean lines and sharp materials are complimented by the contemporary planting.

The front was transformed with a new block paving driveway, boundary wall, new lawn and beds. In the back, we even left space for a new chicken run!

Area approx. 250sqm. Cost £22,500

With a young family garden required, the old garden was levelled and a contemporary sandstone terrace was laid. This was edged with sleepers containing LED lights, leading to a generous lawn with robust borders.

Area approx. 70sqm. Cost £10,000

This garden was transformed from a new-build lawn and patio into a stylish modern garden. An extended patio, timber raised beds, an archway, path and colourful planting beds were constructed to complete the look.

Area approx. 50sqm. Cost £6,000

Later on, turf was removed from the side of the house and replaced with a low-maintenace shingle surface with trees and shrubs.

Area appox. 25sqm. Cost £850 for landscaping and plants, £450 for the fencing.
